Passion for Hospitality

We value grace-filled, southern hospitality that comes from the heart of a servant of the Lord Jesus Christ. We 

believe that every guest or guest group should be greeted and hosted with hospitality that exceeds any and all 

expectations and clearly recognizes the worth of each individual before God.

Mission Statement: 

To serve and lead the people of Christ with the utmost humility, warmth, cordiality, geniality, and friendliness.

To create an environment that is welcoming and supportive to all walks of life. We are visible to all aspects of the church to reach out our visitors into our fellowship. 

Vision Statement:

We envision a diverse atmosphere, where individuals are drawn together through their gift of fellowship, 

hospitality, worship, and effective planning with others.  We take joy in gathering for the Lord and members of Morning Star are asked to meet and greet regularly during worship services as well as host special events. We believe in encouraging our young people and welcome them to join junior hospitality. Our junior hospitality will work alongside with members of the ministry to make our guests feel welcome and supported.

Requirements of Membership: 

• Lead with a servant heart for the Lord 

• Punctuality

• Timely communication with leadership if you cannot attend a meeting

Services/Activities: 

• Our ministry is directed towards the Body of Christ in general

• Greeting members and visitors 

• Disseminating welcome packets to first time visitors 

• Responding to the welcome when visiting other churches with our Bishop.

Commitments: 

Meetings are announced ahead of time and usually takes place on Wednesdays at 6:30pm

Presently there are no monthly or annual dues

Ministry is self-funded through various revivals
